Team Official Eligibility

Team Official Eligibility

CMSA has implemented a NEW process to ensure all Team Officials meet the required standards.

Team Officials must complete the required certifications before you can be bench side of a match. The requirements are listed below. Once the requirements are finished, Team Officials can obtain their Photo ID card.

Reminder: No Team Official Photo ID cards will be printed or re-issued unless coach training requirements are met. Team Officials are strongly encouraged to begin completing their requirements early to avoid delays in receiving their Photo ID cards. If you are registered for a required course or certification that is scheduled to take place, you may receive your Photo ID card by providing proof of registration. Your proof of registration will serve as temporary eligibility until the course is successfully completed.

Any Team Official who does not meet the requirements will be marked as ‘ineligible’ on the team’s game sheet and may not participate in any CMSA games in any capacity (including as a bench parent).

Please note that Photo ID cards are only required for Team Officials at the U10 level and above. View the full list of Team Official requirements below.

Team Officials' requirements include:

· Electronic Police Information Check (ePIC)

· Respect in Sport (RIS) – Activity Leader

· Appropriate Level of Training & Certification
