CMSA Website Information: Logins and Photo ID Cards
Following the update of CMSA’s new website and league management platform, CMSA would like to share some updates with participants ahead of the season.
Through the new Demosphere system, all families and players are entered into ‘Households.’ Through your household account, you can view any/all teams your family is a part of as well as individual profiles for each registered CMSA participant (players and team officials).
Below we have outlined information on how to access your Household account and how to upload photos to your profile for CMSA ID cards.
Download the App
CMSA recommends downloading the Demosphere app to manage your household information, view your team information and your schedules. This information can also be accessed on your desktop computer by logging in at www.calgaryminorsoccer.com.
Retrieve and Login to your ‘Household’ Account
If you have not yet retrieved your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the app or visit www.calgaryminorsoccer.com
- Click ‘login’ in the top right corner and then select forgot password or retrieve account
- Enter the email that you have provided to your club at registration
- Go to your email and open the automated password reset email
- You will then be promoted to create your account and reset your password
- You have now successfully retrieved your account and can login!
**IMPORTANT: do not create your own account. If you are not able to 'retrieve' your account, you must contact your club as you are not yet in the Demosphere System.**
If you have any issues, you can also refer to this step-by-step guide with pictures HERE.
Upload a Photo for your CMSA ID Card
Through your household, players and team officials can now upload their own photo to their profile for their ID cards. As a reminder, All CMSA players from U11 – U19 and all CMSA team officials for U10 – U19 teams require a valid CMSA photo ID card. This card must be present at the start of each game so that the referee can identify the players/coaches on the field.
Photo ID cards can be picked up from the CMSA office during regular office hours, or by appointment on select evenings and weekends. If you need a new CMSA ID card this season, or would like to book an appointment to pick up your card CLICK HERE.
If we can be of any further assistance preparing your family for the season, please reach out to the CMSA office at 403-279-8686 or by email at info@calgaryminorsoccer.com
Thank you,
CMSA
