Located in northwest Calgary, The Shane Homes West Soccer Dome is a world-class sporting facility that prides itself on being a welcoming space for youth and adult athletes of all competition levels, abilities, and backgrounds.

In 2020, with support from the Government of Alberta and the City of Calgary, the facility underwent a $2M renovation that consisted of removing the boards and installing a full-sized FIFA certified Quality PRO artificial turf field that can be divided in up to four different playing spaces; the upgrade increases playing space by 22%.

CMSA’s goal is to get more kids engaged in soccer and we believe that facilities are a key pillar in sport development. By increasing indoor non-boarded field spaces, it presents the opportunity to support and further grow the game, while providing significant opportunities to enhance player development through league play and by providing quality training spaces for our member-clubs.
